DECK 6 SHOPPING AREA
ABOVE: Whilst not as impressive as the Bretagne's vast starboard-side arcade, this must count as the Quiberon's equivalent, being the wide corridor, offset to starboard, connecting the aft lobby (forward of the self-service restaurant) to the forward lobby (adjacent to the Salon de Thé) on Deck 6. The view above is facing forward on the ship in 2002 with the Boutique (the former duty free shop) to the right, on the starboard side of the ship. Cabinets on this side showed gifts available for purchase whilst facing these were various back-lit adverts.

BELOW: Looking into the compact former duty free shop in 2002. The view is looking aft from the exit at the shop's forward end. Quiberon was latterly additionally served by three other small shopping outlets: a further 'Boutique' (this time selling only perfumes and cosmetics) and a 'Kiosque' (newspapers, confectionery, games, toys, souvenirs) on opposite sides of the ship in the main lobby on Deck 5, as well as 'La Vitrine' aft of the restaurant on Deck 6, selling leather goods, clothes, jewellery and watches.

ABOVE: Looking aft in the same arcade as picture at the top of the page, on board the Giulia d'Abundo. The former shop has been completely closed off and the glass display cases removed, along with the advertising panels and arcade games previously found to port (right).

ABOVE: Up on Deck 6 however, the shopping facilities have been retained and this is 'La Vitrine', still found adjacent to the former restaurant.
