Prior to the Koningin Wilhelmina being delivered, SMZ produced a lavish brochure to celebrate the entry into service of their new ship. The artist W A de Wijn was commissioned to produce a series of illustrations of the ship's interior, and these are reproduced below.
Below: Forward on the uppermost passenger deck (on B Deck, beneath the bridge) was this first class observation lounge, with a noticeably curved front bulkhead. This was accessed from the main first class lounge on the deck below using the semi-spiral staircase visible in the foreground.
Below: The main range of passenger accommodation was located on C Deck. Rather unusually, right forward, rather than another lounge with views ahead (albeit over the forecastle) were located passenger lavatories. Just astern was the main first class bar lounge. This was served by a partially enclosed central bar counter, as illustrated below.

Directly aft of the bar counter was a small 12-seat conference room, surely one of the first examples of this sort of facility to have been installed on a ferry.
Below: Heading aft again, on the port side was located this small first class cocktail lounge. This led onto the first class restaurant, which occupied the equivalent space to starboard.
Below: Second class accommodation was located astern on C and D Decks, with an additional sitting lounge forward on E Deck. This view is of the second class cafeteria which occupied the whole width of the ship at the aft of D Deck.
Below: The ship's shopping area.
